Creating Effective Culture - The culture of your family business is a crucial part of its success. It’s important for us to articulate what’s working about the culture of our family business, what may need to be transformed, what to do about maintaining the best parts of the culture, and what to do when culture needs an overhaul. We will be defining the culture of our family business, highlighting the best parts of it, and learning how to transform the areas that need some more attention toward thriving.
Join us for an engaging and candid conversation with seasoned family business leaders who will share the hard-won wisdom they've gained across generations. You'll hear firsthand accounts of pivotal moments, critical decisions, and valuable insights that shaped their leadership journeys - along with the lessons they wish they'd learned earlier. Walk away with practical strategies and perspectives that can only come from those who have lived through these experiences.
The Conway Strong CEO Peer Group is for Presidents and CEOs of family-owned businesses. The group is by invitation only and there is an additional annual fee to attend.
Creating Success in 2026 - We'll kick off the new year with a hands-on guide to elevating your leadership effectiveness within your family business. We will cover essential skills like advanced time management and prioritization, moving into effective goal-setting, the need for deep focus, and creating robust, actionable strategic plans that drive not only you as the leader, but the entire family business's long-term results.
Caregiving is a near-universal experience. Whether caring for a new baby, supporting an aging parent, or navigating personal health needs, most of us will face moments when giving or receiving care is essential. Yet, there are still limited systems and workplace policies in place to support individuals, families, and employers during these critical times. Time to Care Ohio is a statewide coalition of more than 75 organizations, chaired by Collaborate Cleveland, working to make caregiving easier through the advancement of a statewide paid family leave policy. Join Margie Glick, Director of Advocacy at Collaborate Cleveland, for an informative and interactive conversation on paid family leave in Ohio. Margie will provide a brief overview of who she is, the policy itself, and the current legislative effort, before opening the discussion for questions and conversation. This session is designed to help leaders better understand the issue and explore meaningful ways to engage in this work.
The Rising CEO Peer Group is for next gens who will be taking a greater leadership position in their family business. The group is by invitation only and there is an additional annual fee to attend.
This group is for EOS Integrators or the equivalent on the leadership team. These facilitated sessions provide group members the opportunity to get and share advice on EOS best practices as well as implementation challenges and other issues they are facing.
