Yet, there are still limited systems and workplace policies in place to support individuals, families, and employers during these critical times. Time to Care Ohio is a statewide coalition of more than 75 organizations, chaired by Collaborate Cleveland, working to make caregiving easier through the advancement of a statewide paid family leave policy. Join Margie Glick, Director of Advocacy at Collaborate Cleveland, for an informative and interactive conversation on paid family leave in Ohio. Margie will provide a brief overview of who she is, the policy itself, and the current legislative effort, before opening the discussion for questions and conversation. This session is designed to help leaders better understand the issue and explore meaningful ways to engage in this work.
