We'll kick off the new year with a hands-on guide to elevating your leadership effectiveness within your family business. We will cover essential skills like advanced time management and prioritization, moving into effective goal-setting, the need for deep focus, and creating robust, actionable strategic plans that drive not only you as the leader, but the entire family business's long-term results.

Tami facilitates these 90-minute monthly sessions designed specifically to empower leaders navigating the unique challenges of family business. From mastering multi-generational communication and resolving complex conflict to implementing advanced strategic planning and building a resilient, strengths-based culture, this series provides actionable frameworks.
