Sales & Marketing Exchange
A Quarterly Roundtable for Family Business Sales & Marketing Leaders

Purpose
The Sales & Marketing Exchange is a quarterly, peer-to-peer roundtable designed for Conway Center member owners and leaders who are responsible for driving growth in their family business. It provides a confidential forum to work through real-time sales and marketing decisions with peers facing similar challenges. Come share what is working, what is not working and learn what other family businesses are doing to drive the marketing and sales engines.
 
Who Should Attend
This roundtable is ideal for Conway Center members in roles such as CEO, President, Owner, Founder, Managing Partner, COO, General Manager, VP/Director of Sales, VP/Director of Marketing, Business Development Leader, or anyone who “owns” the revenue, sales, or marketing function in your family business.

All family business members (family and non-family) and service providers are welcome to join in the information exchange and discuss what is working and what is not. Come and share ideas and help each other improve results.
 
What to Expect in the Peer-to-Peer Exchange:
• Bring real sales and marketing issues, opportunities, and decisions you’re facing.
• Hear from others what has worked (and what hasn’t) in their own businesses.
• Engage in a facilitated discussion that stays strategic, focused, and action-oriented.

The conversation will be guided to stay purposeful and practical. Together, we’ll use proven frameworks and thoughtful questions to spark deeper thinking - and wrap up by turning key insights into clear, actionable next steps.

Facilitator
These roundtables are led by Kelly Borth, founder and CEO of GREENCREST.  With more than 40 years of marketing experience, Kelly has been a trusted advisor to business owners and leadership teams, including long-standing work with family-owned companies through the Conway Center.

This roundtable encourages candid dialogue, strong connections, and tangible outcomes each quarter - so if sales and marketing are central to your role in the family business, this Exchange is designed for you!
