Description

Practical Tools For Managers  - End Death by Discussion; Break the Habit of Not Solving Issues

Most leadership teams are trapped in a recurring loop: discussing the same frustrations week after week without ever reaching a permanent resolution. When issues aren't solved at the root, they morph into cultural friction, stalled momentum, and "meeting fatigue" - challenges that can feel especially personal when family dynamics are involved.

This session is designed to break that cycle. We are going deeper than the basics of Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS) to explore the underlying people processes and cultural habits that keep issues spinning. You will learn how to build a fearless, friction-crushing team that attacks real challenges rather than just managing symptoms.
