SUMMARY:Practical Tools For Managers - End Death by Discussion\; Break the Habit of Not Solving Issues
DESCRIPTION:Practical Tools For Managers - End Death by Discussion\; Break the Habit of Not Solving Issues \n\n\n\nMost leadership teams are trapped in a recurring loop: discussing the same frustrations week after week without ever reaching a permanent resolution. When issues aren't solved at the root\, they morph into cultural friction\, stalled momentum\, and "meeting fatigue" - challenges that can feel especially personal when family dynamics are involved.\n\n\n\nThis session is designed to break that cycle. We are going deeper than the basics of Identify\, Discuss\, Solve (IDS) to explore the underlying people processes and cultural habits that keep issues spinning. You will learn how to build a fearless\, friction-crushing team that attacks real challenges rather than just managing symptoms.\n\n\n\n\n\nFacilitator:\n\n\n\nJason Block\n\nCertified EOS Implementer\n\nEOS Worldwide\n\n\n\nJason Block is an executive team coach\, business management and operations consultant\, attorney and board member. Jason owns an EOS practice and works with executive and leadership teams to train and coach them how to create more value within their businesses and live better lives.\n\n\n\nJason has been working in high-growth businesses across multiple industries throughout his career. He began his professional career as General Counsel for Schiff Capital Group where he oversaw the company's legal and transactional needs\, managed real estate development projects and lead day-to-day operations. In 2012 Jason joined HOMAGE\, a nationwide licensed sportswear apparel brand as its president\, leading the team from 20 to over 200 employees. Jason's next opportunity was CEO of BrewDog USA where he oversaw all North American operations. Jason has a Political Science degree from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Capital University Law School.
