Coaching/Guiding/Mentoring
 
While it is important to develop your leadership skills internally, the best measurement of a leader is how the engage and develop others. This course will discuss the three most common ways of empowering and developing the people you lead.
 
Objectives:
• Discuss and review the differences between the three types of leadership actions
• Determine how best to apply these tactics to your leadership situation

This Peer Group focuses on four modules of Leadership:
Leadership Styles; Developing Your People; Collaboration & Conflict Management; Team Development


Facilitator Jonathon McKay with PATH will lead these leadership sessions focusing on the most relevant challenges and opportunities for your business today.  This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. 

The sessions will be formatted as follows:
45 minutes of Topic Based Content
15 minutes of updates to the group
30 minutes of opportunity processing
