This course will discuss the three most common ways of empowering and developing the people you lead.\n\n \n\nObjectives:\n\n  Discuss and review the differences between the three types of leadership actions\n\n  Determine how best to apply these tactics to your leadership situation\n\n\n\nThis Peer Group focuses on four modules of Leadership:\n\nLeadership Styles\; Developing Your People\; Collaboration & Conflict Management\; Team Development\n\n\n\nFacilitator Jonathon McKay with PATH will lead these leadership sessions focusing on the most relevant challenges and opportunities for your business today.
