This session will be a high-level overview of the major upcoming changes related to Human Resources, and will delve into deeper detail on best-practice requirements to be in compliance on a couple of the most hot button HR topics. Specifically, this session will address issues with ACA reporting and the new DOL OT rules that go into effect on 12/1.
