This group is for EOS Integrators or the equivalent on the leadership team. These facilitated sessions will provide group members the opportunity to get and share advice on EOS best practices as well as implementation challenges and other issues they are facing.
Golf Outing at Golf Club of Dublin
Join us this year for our Golf Outing at The Golf Club of Dublin! Shotgun start begins at 9am. A grilled lunch will be available at the turn. A buffet reception following golf will start at 2pm. ALL Conway Center members are welcome, along with and any guests wanting to support the work of Central Ohio family-owned business - this outing is not exclusive to Conway Center membership. Human Resources Roundtable - Navigating the Leave Landscape
Managing various types of leaves can quickly become overwhelming, and when it comes to tracking and stacking leaves, combined with the constantly changing landscape of state leave requirements for multi-state employers, it gets downright dissertation level demanding. We’ll use our time together to clearly define various types of leave, such as paid parental, paid sick, unlimited PTO, etc. We'll discuss what employers in Ohio need to comply with and provide, and touch on the additional requirements of employers with employees in other states. We’ll talk about how to read leave laws, how to track and stack leaves, and touch on FMLA, including who must be counted and whether you have “mini-FMLA” requirements to consider.
