Description
Adapting to a Changing Employment Market
Sharon DeLay, Conway member and owner of GO-HR will be our guest facilitator this month! Join us as we discuss the current job market and how it has all changed with COVID-19.
Discussion will include:
• Bringing employees back to work in the wake of Covid-19
• Remote working considerations
• Best practices for recruiting and retaining employees
