How to Stop Apologizing!
Women are guilty of it more than men – apologizing unnecessarily. The habit of often injecting the word “sorry” into your conversations may seem harmless on the surface but it has consequences. Discussion will address:
• Drawbacks of too much apologizing
• Recognizing the right times to apologize and strategies for only doing so when you mean it
We will be using ZOOM for our meetings since we cannot meet in person! Here is the link for this peer group virtual meeting, please register in advance:
