- How to identify/prepare the next leadership team in anticipation of your departure within 5 years
- Best practices and/or what changes can the leader implement in connection with a new management group
Succession Planning 2.0 is a quarterly Peer Group focusing on more in-depth sessions on succession planning. Led by Bea Wolper of Emens & Wolper Law, Tony Kington of Taft Law, and Thaddeus O'Brien of O'Brien & Associates, these sessions delve into topics aimed to educate members who have previously attended the monthly Succession Planning sessions but all Conway members are invited to attend.
