We will learn about and discuss the 4 elements of trust and the impact you can have in your business as a non-family member and leader, that can make all the difference in your performance: Personal Trust, Situational Trust, Ethical Trust, Strategic Trust.
I worked 30 years for a dynamic entrepreneur who built a successful business and had a larger than life personality as the owner and leader of our company. As a Non-Family member and leader this can present many different challenges and Trust is at the top of the list..
