Boundaries for Non-Family Leaders
In the end, as a leader, you are always going to get a combination of two things:
“What you create and what you allow.”
Ultimately, leaders own it! They are the ones who define and create the boundaries that drive standards of performance and culture and high-performance teams that are organized around the behaviors that drive sustainable high performance.

Being a non-family leader in a family-owned business can be incredibly rewarding… and challenging. This peer group will help determine strategies of influence and impact for non-family leaders.
