This is a great discussion to have within family businesses and with the Leaders who are not family but entrusted with maintaining those cultural anchors (Honor the Past).

Being a non-family leader in a family-owned business can be incredibly rewarding… and challenging. This peer group will help determine strategies of influence and impact for non-family leaders. The sessions begin with structured content followed by ample time for collaborative, peer-to-peer discussions about issues non-family leaders participants face.
