Next Generation Peer Group -  facilitated by Thaddeus O'Brien

 A new group forms each January and members are drawn from non-competing industries. Targeted to members age 21-40, the group discuss issues specific to next-generation leaders as they navigate the process of assuming greater leadership roles in their family businesses or work toward that opportunity in the future. Monthly attendance is expected.
