Retaining Employees in a Family Business

Family businesses can sometimes be dysfunctional ones, with disgruntled employees not speaking honestly, being actively disengaged, and then leaving. We’ll discuss steps to take in interviewing and onboarding that will lead to more employee retention and engagement.

Join us in person at ODU as we discuss this important topic. Next Gen Leaders working in a family business only please - no Service Providers.

Our Next Generation Leaders Peer Group is for up-and-coming family business members who are interested in assuming greater leadership roles in their family-owned business. Each month, M.J. Clark of Integrated Leadership Systems will provide content and facilitate group discussion on topics that are relevant and necessary to growth as a next gen family business leader.
