Creating Effective Culture
The culture of your family business is a crucial part of its success. It’s important for us to articulate what’s working about the culture of our family business, what may need to be transformed, what to do about maintaining the best parts of the culture, and what to do when culture needs an overhaul. We will be defining the culture of our family business, highlighting the best parts of it, and learning how to transform the areas that need some more attention toward thriving.
Note that these sessions are only for family members only who work in a family business.
As with all Next Gen sessions, dedicated time at the end will be allotted to work through particular coaching scenarios and provide tools for relevant issues and situations you are now facing. We'll spend time exchanging experiences and knowledge on these issues so that we can all learn from one another.
