Description
Facilitated by Mary Beth Koester from Rea & Associates, the panelists will discuss their best practices on attracting and retaining non-family employees. They will give insight into what has worked best for their businesses and offer advice on launching and sustaining recruitment efforts.
The family business panelists include Kent Johnson, CEO of Highlights for Children, Sharon DeLay, Founder of GO-HR, and Kim Troy of Civilis Marketing. Carley Childress, director of HR and a non-family leader at Schoedinger Funeral & Cremation Service will also join the panel.
