Previously, he was part of starting and growing several companies with multiple exits. Ryan has written two books about starting and managing companies.

Jeff Lacy, Area President - Focus CFO: is an entrepreneur and business owner who has proven success at starting and growing a business from the ground up and then eventually selling his company. In his current role as a Partner and Area President with FocusCFO, Jeff and his team work with owners of SMEs around Central Ohio to understand the key drivers of profitability and cash flow and how to most effectively improve, enhance, and implement those drivers. 

Jeff Mers, Certified Advisor & District Manager - Insperity: brings a wealth of experience from his 26-year career as an insurance agent and small business owner, during which time he specialized in benefit plan designs, employer contribution strategies, and retention solutions. His dedication includes 29 years in the Ohio Air National Guard. For the last 6 years, Jeff has been a Certified Advisor and District Manager with Insperity, focusing on driving business growth through efficiency improvements, cost containment, and risk management solutions.

Josh Riley, SVP, Senior Commercial Market Executive - Middlefield Bank: is an energetic and entrepreneurial banking executive with over 21 years of financial services experience. Before joining The Middlefield Bank, Josh was Vice President at First Merchants Bank, responsible for developing middle market and small corporate banking relationships and a recipient of multiple awards for sales and service excellence. He is an advisory board member and the chair of the nominating committee for The Salvation Army of Central Ohio and a past chair of the Joan Levy Bisesi Foundation, and founder and director of the Columbus Donut Run for head and neck cancer research.
