Understanding your Leadership DNA
According to a survey of the Stanford Graduate School of Business Advisory Council, self-awareness ranks as the single most important competency for effective leadership. Yet, groundbreaking research by organizational psychologist Tasha Eurich reveals a stark gap: while 95% of people believe they are highly self-aware, only 10–15% truly are. This widespread overestimation often fuels strained relationships at work and contributes to toxic workplace cultures.
This session dives into two foundational pillars of self-awareness: a clear understanding of your own behavioral drives and your level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
