During this final session in the series, it is time to focus on your personal wellness vision. Have you been wanting to focus on your wellness but don't know where to start? The information available can be overwhelming and hold you back from getting started. In this informational session learn steps to making lasting changes that will improve your quality of life and help you define your personal health and wellness vision.

Paige is a Sr. Wellness Consultant with OhioHealth Employer Solutions currently supporting wellness plan customers and a multitude of employers within OHES's book of business. Wellness program development and finding impactful solutions to support organizations and the people within them is a professional passion of mine. Throughout the past 10 years, Paige has dedicated her professional efforts to understanding challenges in the manufacturing and corporate organizations to better support engagement and employee health.
With an educational background in Health Promotion from Otterbein University it has been quite a surreal and full circle moment to support their staff and faculty now! Paige is also a Mental Health First Aider and has Certifications in the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Paige lives in New Albany, Ohio with her husband and two boys, Jackson (5yrs) and MacKenzie (20months). She enjoys history, travelling and being outside as much as possible. A long walk and an educational podcast is one of her simple joys!
