Description
The Dager Family will lead this exciting program and share the history of their 101-year-old ice cream business along with the lessons they’ve learned over the years. This multi-generational family business will tell you how they’ve cultivated leaders and navigated the increasingly competitive ice cream market.
Company President Luconda Dager, Vice President Joanne Dager, and their father Joe Dager, chairman, will share the knowledge and leadership lessons they’ve learned through four generations of family ownership. This informative session will cover:
- How the Dager family grew a small confectionary into a business that now sells over five million gallons of ice cream each year
- What it takes for multiple generations to work together and thrive in their business roles
- The critical role succession planning plays in getting a family business to the 4th generation
- What core values drive the company’s success
