5 Levels of Leadership

This Peer Group exists to empower ourselves as leaders to build better culture that improves our business and others.  Facilitators Jonathon McKay and Sarah Ahern with PATH will lead these leadership sessions on various topics focusing on the most relevant challenges and opportunities for your business today.

Re-designed for 2018-19, each session will be structured with half of the time spent on formal content led by facilitators, with remaining time offering an open forum for collaborative peer-to-peer discussion about any work-related issues you are facing.
