Developmental Roadmap
This interactive peer group covers relevant leadership challenges and opportunities and provides strategies and skills training to effectively manage them. The sessions begin with structured content followed by ample time for collaborative, peer-to-peer discussions about the work and leadership issues participants face. Facilitator Jonathon McKay with PATH will lead these leadership sessions on various topics focusing on the most relevant challenges and opportunities for your business today.
Re-designed for 2018-19, each session will be structured as follows:
- 45 minutes of Topic Based Content
- 15 minutes of updates to the group
- 30 minutes of opportunity processing
