Free for ALL Conway Center members to attend. This is a "drop-in" peer group, you are encouraged but not required to attend all the sessions of this series. Come when you can, but please register or RSVP in advance! Please note that there is a maximum of 2 members/company to attend this session.

Psychological Safety
Psychological safety is the belief that you won’t be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns or mistakes. Safe workplaces promote innovation as well as belonging – one of the key indicators of retention. We will explore the topic in depth and identify techniques and practices for promoting psychological safety.
Facilitator Jackie Schetter, Founder of Lead for Culture, will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. ALL Conway Center members are invited to attend any of these sessions, but please RSVP.*
