Gratitude as a Leadership Skill in Family Business
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we’ll analyze how gratitude can be used as a leadership skill – not just for November, but throughout the year. This interactive program will support new and creative ways to use gratitude in your leadership approach as well as offer time for reflection to support bringing gratitude into your office that day.
Facilitator Tami Chapek, CEO, Founder, and Professional Leadership Coach of WeInspireWe facilitates these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. ALL Conway Center members are invited to attend any of these sessions, but please RSVP.
