Description
5 Levels of Leadership
People follow leaders either because they have to or they want to. Learn the difference between the two and how to foster better followership by being a more authentic leader.
Objective:
• Understand the source of your leadership and how to position yourself to motivate people
• Learn how to move up to more engaging positions of leadership

Leadership Styles; Developing Your People; Collaboration & Conflict Management; Team Development
Facilitator Jonathon McKay with PATH will lead these leadership sessions focusing on the most relevant challenges and opportunities for your business today. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing.
