The “New” Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is a term that is used often and rarely understood fully. Especially as generational dynamics continue to create divides between leaders and their team members in family business. Together, we’ll dive deep into the essence of emotional intelligence with a new lens: empathy. This approach not only empowers leaders but all members of your team to be the best versions of themselves improving quality of work, output, and overall results.
