Leadership reDEFYned – Your Pathway to Authentic Leadership

Authenticity is key for great leadership. Rather than behave like the leaders before you, this program is designed to support your leadership development pathway by starting from within. Family business leaders will walk away with a vision for their own personal leadership approach tapping into strengths and leadership aspiration to inspire your own leadership growth as well as to create a ripple effect around you too.

Facilitator Tami Chapek, CEO, Founder, and Professional Leadership Coach of WeInspireWe will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face.
