360 Degree Influence in Your Family Business
This session is dedicated to developing the subtle art of influence and authority across the organization. Leaders will learn critical skills for effectively managing up to family owners/boards, successfully managing down to direct reports, and collaborating with peers. The workshop emphasizes empowering others to make decisions and strategic delegation as key levers for scaling leadership impact.
Meet Tami! Tami Chapek, CEO and Founder of WeInspireWe, is our new Leadership Development facilitator for 2025. In this first interactive session, she will review unique goal setting methodologies and best practices for goal setting, action planning, and empowering your leadership abilities toward success.
Facilitator Tami Chapek, CEO, Founder, and Professional Leadership Coach of WeInspireWe will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. ALL Conway Center members are invited to attend any of these sessions, but please RSVP.
