360 Degree Influence in Your Family Business
This session is dedicated to developing the subtle art of influence and authority across the organization. Leaders will learn critical skills for effectively managing up to family owners/boards, successfully managing down to direct reports, and collaborating with peers. This session emphasizes empowering others to make decisions and strategic delegation as key levers for scaling leadership impact.
Tami facilitates these 90-minute monthly sessions designed specifically to empower leaders navigating the unique challenges of family business. From mastering multi-generational communication and resolving complex conflict to implementing advanced strategic planning and building a resilient, strengths-based culture, this series provides actionable frameworks. Inspire immediate change within your team, strengthen governance, and cultivate the sustainable leadership required to drive success and preserve the family legacy for decades to come.
