There are several hiding places within the HR function that should be audited and each one can be costly, turn into a PR nightmare, or otherwise drain your time and energy. All of these are potentially avoidable with a little work on your part. For this session, we’ll discuss various types of audits you should do in your business, the potential penalties and findings related to audits, and what you’re already doing in this area. We’ll have a special guest from a BWC TPA who will discuss BWC audits and easy ways you can control your BWC costs before they become a liability.
