For 30+ years, the DISC Profile has opened the door to understanding dynamics that influence communication and positive relationships. The foundation of success lies in understanding self, understanding others and realizing the impact of your behavior on people.

​Insperity will provide a link to the DISC assessment to registrants*  Jerry Gildae, an Insperity training specialist, will then provide in depth training at this Peer Group session around utilizing DISC profiles.

At this session you will learn the following skills to advance your family owned business:

• Understanding behavioral strengths and challenges in yourself and others in your organization;

• Reducing personal and organizational conflict, stress and turnover;

• Improving communication skills;

• Enhancing coaching and mentoring skills;

• Dealing with conflict more effectively; and           

• Enhancing teamwork and reduce team conflict.           

*  Upon registration, you will receive the DISC assessment link via email.  It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Please complete the assessment prior to this meeting and make sure you bring your DISC assessment results to the meeting on Tuesday.
