HR Roundtable - DiSC-Over Yourself: Understanding Your Style for Better Communication

Description

DiSC-Over Yourself: Understanding Your Style for Better Communication

Get ready for a fast-paced and interactive look at workplace communication through the lens of DiSC. After identifying your primary style, we'll explore what motivates you, what frustrates you, and how your communication habits impact others. We'll also examine what happens when pressure rises and stakes get higher, and how to leverage your natural strengths while avoiding common blind spots.

You'll leave with practical strategies for building stronger workplace relationships and navigating difficult conversations with greater confidence, plus a “cheat sheet” to help you recognize and respond to other styles.
