HR Best Practices on Employee Engagement
Employee Engagement – and retention - is particularly important in a tight job market. PATH, a Conway Center member, will facilitate the discussion and best practices with Michael Swepston of Atlas Butler and Fred Pfening of Fred D. Pfening Company. They will discuss how they built - and sustain - a thriving culture as their organizations continue to grow.
Rick Crossland of A Player Advantage, another Conway Center member, will join the panel to provide input on creating internal development systems to help retain and promote employees from within.
