The IRS recently published its operational compliance list for qualified plans. This list includes changes that employers must make to their 401(k) plan administration by the end of the year. Recent legislation and regulatory guidance also will require more changes and possible document amendments in 2021.

Greg Daugherty from Porter Wright will discuss what you need to do to keep your 401(k) plans up-to-date and to fulfill your fiduciary duties to your participants.
