Are you prepared for a disaster or a crisis in your business? Have you thought about how you would handle the consequences of unexpected natural, man-made, or technological disasters? At this session, we'll explore how you should prepare and protect your family business for these possibilities and learn how proper planning can save you time and money during the recovery process.
Bob Beymer and Ted Whitlinger of Willis and Larry Mead of Worthington Partners will share key items you should consider to streamline recovery including: insurance clauses, document storage and back up plans, process documentation, and more. They'll be joined by family business owner Bob Dorsey, of R. Dorsey + Co., who will share the lessons he's learned since his office was destroyed by a fire in 2009.
