On Tuesday, March 11th, Lake Shore Cryotronics and Definity Partners will be facilitating a workshop on SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) to demonstrate these effects and promote steps to alleviate their impact. Details about the SIOP Workshop
This three-hour session introduces the benefits of a robust SIOP process through a combination of hands-on simulation and participative classroom education.
The workshop overviews Definity's SIOP-Sync approach, providing an adaptable and robust framework that allows the Demand teams (Sales/Forecasting) and Supply teams (Operations/Purchasing/Inventory) to interface in a consistent and effective manner. Participants are asked to share their experience and best practices or, where necessary, learn the best ways to get started.
Target attendees include key resources from either the Demand or Supply teams / functions mentioned above, as well as Executive Leadership who will play a key role in driving accountability and decision making.
