Just because an organization has a workplace violence prevention policy doesn't mean it has an effective workplace violence program. Tom Foos will help employers as to what is needed to establish a formal company program, develop guidelines, and discuss the essential elements of an effective program. Topics will include recognizing warning signs/behavioral indicators, reporting protocols and discussion on appropriate response to a potential workplace violence incident.
