Starting a business is quite an undertaking…running a business is even more complex.
As business owners, it is easy to get stuck in the “tyranny of the urgent”...emails, phone calls, HR issues etc. When owners are stuck in the urgent tasks of the business, the business itself is not worked on. We have all heard the phrase, “work on the business, not in the business” and it is much easier said than done.
Presented by Ryan Yeoman: Ryan is a Professional EOS Implementer and business coach who loves working with entrepreneurs and their leadership teams to run great businesses. A coach at heart, Ryan has a passion for building strong cultures and highly-functional teams and would be coaching the Buckeyes if they'd just call back. As an Implementer, he teaches, facilitates, and coaches the entire leadership team to reach their full potential. Ryan also grew up in a family business and has experienced the ups and downs of managing expectations, responsibilities, and, ultimately, succession and exit.
