Communication in family business is critical\, especially for women leaders\, so if you're often asking yourself "why can't everyone be like me?" or "why is this so difficult?" - then you may need some work in this area! \n\n\n\nJoin us as we explore how to determine your communication style\, and the importance of recognizing and adapting the ways you come across to others based on their unique learning style and situation. \n\n\n\nThis brown-bag lunch monthly peer group will be co-facilitated by Bea Wolper and Donna Musilli and is for women - both family and non-family - who work in a family-owned business.
