SUMMARY:Women's Peer Group
DESCRIPTION:Exploring Generational Differences in Family Business\n\n\n\nIntegrating multiple generations into day-to-day operations of family business as each generation carries different goals and motivations can be difficult\, especially for women. Senior leaders have institutional knowledge and experience\, while those younger coming into the business bring energy\, fresh ideas\, and technology experience. We'll gain new perspectives and share strategies of how to navigate these generational differences.\n\n\n\nThis brown-bag lunch monthly peer group will be co-facilitated by Bea Wolper and Donna Musilli and is for women - both family and non-family - who work in a family-owned business. Our new format allows for connection\, sharing\, inspiration\, and support. \n\n\n\nGenerously sponsored by KeyBank\n\n \n\n\nThis group is for women who own\, work for\, or play a supporting role in a family business. New perspectives and strategies will be gained from listening to others in this very collaborative and safe environment. Co-facilitated by Bea Wolper from Emens Wolper Jacobs & Jasin and Donna Musilli from DM360.
