To set healthy boundaries\, it is important to know your bandwidth and learn to say no.  In family businesses\, where the lines are much hazier\, defining boundaries can be particularly difficult.\n\n\n\nJoin us as we discuss specific examples and strategies of how to set and communicate boundaries. By being clear\, concise\, and addressing boundary violations on the spot\, learn how to protect your time\, energy\, mental well-being\, and avoid negative consequences.\n\n \n\nThese monthly group discussions are for women who own\, work for\, or play a supporting role in a family business. Topics addressing leadership\, self-care\, effective communication\, and skills for managing conflict resolution will be the focus of these sessions that allow for connection\, sharing\, inspiration\, and support.  \n\n\n\nFacilitated by Bea Wolper and Kelly Jasin from Emens Wolper Jacobs & Jasin.
