DESCRIPTION:What's My Role?\n\n\n\nThis is a special session of our Next Gen Leaders Group\, where the focus is all about you! Understanding ourselves is a necessary component of leadership. It's important that we take time to reflect\, and what better time than at the start of the new year? We'll explore some tools to help us better understand our role within the family business\, and how we can learn from each other as we explore more of who we are. Each month\, Mike O'Donnell\, Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant from Integrated Leadership Systems will provide content and facilitate group discussion on topics that are relevant and necessary to growth as a next gen family business leader.
