DESCRIPTION:Maintaining Trust in the Family Business \n\n\n\nTrust is a tricky topic to navigate in the family business. As family members\, we're supposed to trust each other\, and we assume that trust will always be in place. But what do we do if trust is broken or stretched? Is it possible to restore trust\, and how would we go about doing so? This session will feature some key points of Steven R. Covey's The Speed of Trust and equip us with some key principles and tools to implement as we build\, sustain\, and even restore trust. \n\n\n\n Note that these sessions are only for family members only who work in a family business.\n\n\n\nAs with all Next Gen sessions\, dedicated time at the end will be allotted to work through particular coaching scenarios and provide tools for relevant issues and situations you are now facing.   We'll spend time exchanging experiences and knowledge on these issues so that we can all learn from one another. \n\n\nOur Next Generation Leaders Professional Development series is for up-and-coming family business members who are interested in assuming greater leadership roles in their family-owned business. Each month\, Mike O'Donnell\, Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant from Integrated Leadership Systems will provide content and facilitate group discussion on topics that are relevant and necessary to growth as a next gen family business leader.
