DESCRIPTION:Goal Setting \n\n\n\nLet's start the year off with a healthy look at goal-setting. We will review different types of goals and the best situational application of each. We will continue to explore how motivation (intrinsic and external rewards) play into savvy goal setting. And we will share some exercises to help in SMART goal setting.  \n\n \n\n\nFacilitator Jackie Schetter\, Founder of Lead for Culture\, will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face.  This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing.
