DESCRIPTION:Your transformational journey through the ILS Leadership Institute begins with a comprehensive 360  assessment and continues with eight workshops that help you to understand who you are as a leader and where you have the opportunity to grow. Workshop leaders will introduce powerful concepts associated with successful leadership framed by the 360  assessment. See page 12 for 360  details. Each month we will explore these concepts and the ways in which you can apply them to your everyday life. Supplemental monthly coaching is included and will help you focus on the areas of growth you identify through the process.
