Finally\, and fundamental for every business\, employee handbooks providing standards for employee conduct and responsibilities are the basis for responding to claims made by employees\, including unemployment and conduct-related claims.  Developing proactive management practices identified in employee handbooks help create a model of success for any business.\n\n\n\nRepresentatives from Fishel Hass Kim Albrecht Downey Law will review the topics that are important and should be in every handbook\, topics which are beneficial and are likely to be included\, and those topics not to include.
